Each capsule contains:

60 mg Motherwort leaf (Leonurus cardiaca L.)
60 mg Flower, leaf, hawthorn berry (Crataegus oxyacantha L.)
60 mg Yarrow leaf (Achillea millefolium L.)
60 mg Valerian root (Valeriane officinalis L.)

Two (2) to four (4) capsules contain:

120-240 mg Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca L.) leaf
120-240 mg Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha L.) flower, leaf, berry
120-240 mg Yarrow (Achillea millefolium L.) leaf
120-240 mg Valerian (Valeriane officinalis L. ) root

The capsules are made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

No added salt, sugar, starch, flavoring, preservatives, colorants, fillers, binders, or flow agents (no magnesium stearate).

Each bottle contains 120 capsules equivalent to a month's supply at a dose of four capsules daily.

RECOMMENDED USE

One (1) to two (2) capsules twice daily, preferably between meals, for example, 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.

The daily dose can be increased for more powerful work and / or as needed, eg due to high body weight or general condition. The dosage can be lowered when the main purpose of taking the herbal supplement is to maintain good health.
